Eligibility and use of the Site

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use this Site. By using the Site, you represent that the information you provide (such as your name, phone number, address, and description of the service needed) is accurate and that you are the homeowner or an authorized representative of the property in question.

You agree not to:

  • -Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or servers

No warranty or guarantee of Contractor work

This is important: We do not employ, supervise, train, or control any Contractor referred through the Site. Contractors are independent businesses solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, employees, pricing, workmanship, and conduct.

We make no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding:

  • -The licensing, insurance, or qualifications of any Contractor
  • -The quality, safety, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed
  • -The accuracy of any pricing, estimate, or statement made by a Contractor
  • -The availability of any Contractor at any given time

Any warranty on parts or labor, if offered, is provided solely by the Contractor performing the work - not by this Site.

It is your responsibility to independently verify that any Contractor you engage holds the licenses and insurance required for the work being performed in your jurisdiction before authorizing any work.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Site, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

  • -Any interaction, agreement, or dispute between you and a Contractor
  • -Any work performed, delayed, or not performed by a Contractor
  • -Any property damage, personal injury, or financial loss resulting from a Contractor’s work or conduct

Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with a Contractor’s work is to address it directly with that Contractor, and if applicable, through the appropriate state licensing board or consumer protection agency.

Any individuals depicted in photos or videos on this Site are actors or models used for illustrative purposes only. They are not, and do not represent, any Contractor listed or referred through the Site.

All content on the Site - including text, graphics, logos, and design - is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Where reviews or testimonials appear on the Site, they reflect genuine feedback from real customers and are not fabricated, incentivized without disclosure, or AI-generated. If you believe any review on the Site does not meet this standard, please contact us so we can investigate and remove it if warranted.
